Program:

Day 1

  • Afternoon Group transfers to Ayung Sari Indah
  • 6.30pm Dinner
  • 8pm Goal setting: What do you want to achieve or change?

 

Day 2

  • 7am Juice
  • 7.15am "Optimizing Gate" Pilates Master Class
  • 8am Breakfast and time to relax
  • 9am - 11.30am Book in for a small postural assessment/get tips and feedback on how you can improve your posture (4 people max)
  • 12noon Lunch
  • 2 pm Spa Session in Ubud
  • 5 pm "Sunset" Pilates Session
  • 7pm Dinner

 

Day 3

  • 6am Morning jungle walk (optional)
  • 7.30am Breakfast
  • 9am "Optimizing Gate" Pilates Master Class
  • 11am Book in for a small postural assessment/get tips and feedback on how you can improve your posture (4 people max)
  • 1pm Lunch
  • Afternoon Free time to relax or take an optional activity
  • 5pm Pilates" Progress & Release" Class
  • 7pm Dinner

 

Day 4

  • 3am Departure for Lake Batur to climb the volcano by sunrise. Followed up by a couple of relaxing hours in the Hot Springs.
  • Lunch.
  • Afternoon Rest time
  • 5pm "Rebound & Wind -Down" 45min Pilates class
  • 7.00pm Dinner

 

Day 5

  • 7am Breakfast
  • 8.30am "Tone & Stretch" Master class
  • 10.30am Create a 15-20 minute home program that balances out your work life or your other sports (optional)
  • 12.30pm Lunch
  • 2pm Spa treatment in Ubud
  • 5pm Pilates "Rotations & Waves" Master Class
  • 7.30pm Celebration dinner

 

Day 6

  • 7.15am Juice
  • 7.30am Pilates "Light & Strong shoulders" Master Class
  • 11am Group transfers to the airport or nearby hotel.

Additional activities and transfers can be organised for you if you have late flights as optional extras.
