Experience an enhanced sense of well-being by combining your manual therapy with Remedial Pilates!
REMEDIAL PILATES complements many manual therapies especially Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Myofascial Bodywork.
Pilates is a holistic movement therapy that considers the whole body. Pilates and training for function, plays an important role in rehabilitation, for example, helping people who have had neck, back or shoulder injuries or whiplash to relearn basic movements.
Remedial Pilates can help you prevent problems returning or even from happening in the first place.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM PILATES?
OSTEOPATHY is a holistic form of manual therapy, which works on the principles that the body works as a whole unit. This means that each and every part needs to work well together to maintain optimal health and function. It is when something becomes dysfunctional that the body tends to compensate, and symptoms such as pain or stiffness start to become apperent.
PHYSIOTHERAPY uses a variety of techniques to help your muscles and joints work to their full potential. It can help repair damage by speeding up the healing process and reducing pain and stiffness.
WHAT DO OSTEOPATHS & PYSIOTHERAPISTS TREAT?
We will work hand in hand with your manual therapist, starting with three to five private sessions to create more awareness around the imbalances and to learn how to integrate the Remedial Pilates principles.
Small group classes for maximum benefits and at your individual pace.
Bookings essential.
