Are you pregnant or wanting to be? Or are you wanting to start or resume exercising after the birth of your little one?
Join our specific prenatal and postnatal course that deliver exactly what you need in a safe and supportive environment. Our classes help you strengthen so you can sail through your pregnancy, prepare for an easier birth but they also target the needs of new mums who are adjusting to carrying and feeding their new bubs.

You will also receive a free goodie bag full of natural and organic samples for mum and bub.
You do not need any previous experience to join. To give you ultimate flexibility, we book our courses in only four week blocks so you can start at any stage of your pregnancy/postnatal period. Our classes give you the tools to take your practice home with you and also to apply appropriate modifications for exercises should you wish to build up to attending classes from our regular schedule.
