Barre and TRX combines your favourite things into a 55 minute whole body conditioning class, leaving you feeling strong, supple and uplifted! This is a faster paced and challenging class, however Kelly will accommodate all levels of abilities by offering modifications to suit a newbie all the way through to one of our seasoned clients.
Beginners welcome...bring a sense of adventure! Join Kelly every Saturday at 10am.
Please note, non-slip grip socks are essential for this class (available at reception for $15). No prior experience necessary.
