Laura started her Pilates journey in 2013 after sustaining a lumbar spine injury. She
instantly understood and appreciated the importance of core work for general wellbeing
and rehabilitation. In 2015 she became a member of Sense of Space and fell in love
with Contemporary Pilates. After practicing at the studio for a year and being inspired by
the instructors, she felt compelled to expand her love for teaching from a university
classroom to a Pilates Studio.
In 2016 she completed her Pilates Mat Work Instructor training and in 2017 added TRX
to reinforce strength and stability in her own practice as well as her classes.
Laura has also been delving into implementing Wellness Courses into schools and
workplaces across Perth as she is passionate about advocating and teaching people
about the benefits of living holistically.
Laura is currently in Europe but returning early October to cover for Martina and to take over Sunday morning classes from 15 October.
