What should I wear and what should I bring?
You need to wear clothes that you feel comfortable exercising in, that allow you to stretch and move. Long shorts, 3/4 pants or full lenth pants are recommended as well as a t-shirt or singlet top.
You dont wear shoes or socks in group floor classes - we have a shoe rack at reception for you to leave your shoes. It can be a good idea to bring a towel incase you need extra cushioning under your knees or head while exercising. There is no need to bring a mat, as we supply mats and everything you need for your class.
