Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed your TRX class this morning!!! It was an awesome class very different from the other offerings at Sense of Space with more of a strength and fitness emphasis, but the Pilates elements you threw in worked so well during the session.

I am notoriously lazy on a Sunday but I have every intention of making my way back to another of your classes.

What is TRX Suspension Training?

The TRX® Suspension Trainer is a magical piece of equipment that all of our instructors at Sense of Space have fallen in love with, even despite some of their original hesitations!  The TRX offered in our studio doesn't compare to the TRX offered at some gyms.  Our instructors use their advanced trainings in functional anatomy and movement science to create challenging and inspiring sequences that deliver whole body flexibility, mobility and stability all while building strength and stamina from the inside out, rather than overloading the incorrect muscle groups that can lead to increased tightness and poor posture.  

TRX classes are fun and invigorating!  You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Come and try one for yourself!

All levels welcome.  Non slip socks recommended.  Bring your own or buy a pair from us ($15) before class.
