Conveniently located less than 4kms from Perth's CBD, our Subiaco studio is 116m2 with a relaxing waiting area, tea & coffee facilities, reverse-cycle heating and cooling as well as ceiling fans.  

 

90m2 is carpeted for movement activities; mats and small equipment are available for up to 15 participants.  In additon we have a massage table, chairs to seat 20 and a seminar table all available for use. 

 

You can hire our space for a one-time event or on a permanent basis.

Currently available are:

  • Half days (Monday - Sunday)
  • Full days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday until 5pm)
  • Full day including evening (Wednesday, Sunday)
  • Some evenings (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

PERMANENT SUB-LEASE

Are you a therapist working in the health arena?  Are you a movement teacher or personal trainer looking to hire a beautiful space to service your clients?  

 

Our space would be best suited to a massage therapist, exercise physiologist, chiropractor, physiotherapist, acupuncturist, naturopath, Yoga teacher, personal trainer but we would be more than happy to consider all opportunities.

EVENTS VENUE HIRE

We love to share, so if you require a professional space for your event, please contact us at subiacosenseofspace.com.au for availability of our Perth Pilates Studio.

 

This unique space offers a quality venue for other movement arts, wellness therapies and educational lectures or seminars.

 

 

ROOM HIRE INCLUDES

  • Use of the whole studio including entrance lounge area.
  • Use of kitchen and appliances.
  • Use of bathroom facilities including fresh cotton hand towels.
  • Heating and air-conditioning.
  • Use of all Pilates & Yoga props including mats.
  • We will do the floor and bathroom cleaning.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Treat ours as if it would be yours.

  • All equipment has to be placed away neatly.
  • The kitchen area has to be cleaned and dishes washed and placed away neatly.
  • The bathroom has to be left in neat conditions.
  • All windows have to be closed, lights and the reverse air-conditioning units have to be turned off.
  • Lock all doors after your event.
