SUITABILITY
All levels. Exercises can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients, or clients with injuries, but can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for a challenge.
PLEASE NOTE
We recommend you enroll into a Beginner Course if you have no previous Pilates experience, or it has been awhile since you have practiced and feel like you have forgotten the underlying principles. By doing this, you ensure you will gain the maximum benefit from your classes.
