Barre and TRX combines your favourite things into a 55 minute whole body conditioning class, leaving you feeling strong, supple and uplifted!  This is a faster paced and challenging class, however your instructor can accommodate all levels of abilities and will offer modifications to suit a newbie all the way through to one of our seasoned clients.  This class has fast become one of the most popular on our timetable!
