I wanted to say a huge thank you, there were times in hospital I had such headaches due to sleep deprivation and I had maxed my pain medication dosages, and I used the balls on my neck and would do neck stretches you had taught me. You’re right my rotator cuff muscles, on the right mostly, have been very sore and again using the balls have helped so much:))) I loved the pregnancy class with you so much but mostly this was due to your enthusiasm and practical tips!!

Join our specific prenatal and postnatal course that deliver exactly what you need in a safe and supportive environment.  Our classes help you strengthen so you can sail through your pregnancy, prepare for an easier birth but they also target the needs of new mums who are adjusting to carrying and feeding their new bubs.

You do not need any previous experience to join. To give you ultimate flexibility, we book our courses in only four week blocks so you can start at any stage of your pregnancy/postnatal period and attend for as many months as you can.  Our classes give you the tools to take your practice home with you and also to apply appropriate modifications for exercises should you wish to build up to attending classes from our regular schedule.
