Aromatherapy Pilates - School Holiday Treat!

Unwind your mind and body through movement and aromatherapy. Let us assist you to feel relaxed and grounded yet uplifted.

This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.  Oil infused sparkling water will be offered after the class.

For those who want to stay after the class has finished, there will be an opportunity to make your own roller bottle blend for just $10. You can literally bottle your relaxation and take it home with you.
