Our Subiaco face to face classes take place at the Scouts Hall. 399 Rokeby Road, Subiaco WA 6008. (Near the corner of Nicholson Rd and Rokeby Rd). A lovely venue surrounded by ample, free street parking.
Can’t make a class? No problem - we offer a free online make up class with 7 days access for any missed class.

Breathe. Move. Restore. - Monthly 90 minute self care retreat
Join Gemma for a restorative Fascial Movement (FAMO) class that will unwind your tension patterns, strengthen effectively and move towards structural integration. You will feel nourished and revitalised, through this intelligent FAMO movement system. Gemma will also use pure, therapeutic essentials oils throughout the class to help you connect with your breath, recalibrate your nervous system and promote a sense of peaceful wellbeing. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Please bring your own mat and a bath sized towel with you. If you already own a set of Slings Massage Balls, then please bring your own along, otherwise they will be provided.
