Classes will be candle-lit and chamomile tea will be available afterwards.  This will be a warm, nurturing environment in which to learn profoundly life-enhancing skills.

Cost: $199 for general public.  $149 for Sense of Space clients.

IMPORTANT: Please bring your own meditation cushion or stool.

Please also bring an open and compassionate mind!

Would thoroughly recommend this introductory course in order to start your journey on the right path. Enjoyed the supportive atmosphere immensely

I enjoyed the course, looking forward to learning something new each week whilst embedding what was learnt previously. It’s been good motivation to learn & practice more. Feel lucky to have had opportunity to learn from someone as experienced as David. Will come again.
