Have your holidays been a little crazy? Or you were you lucky enough to get away from the grind and bustle and find your happy place?
Either way, Annelise and Mavra invite you to come along and indulge in mindful movement, massage and meditation and sail your way gracefully into 2017!
You will be treated to a movement class focusing on self massage to release and unwind the body, followed by a delightful afternoon tea of raw treats. You will then experience the bliss of an aromatherapy hand massage, equally beneficial for the giver and the receiver. The afternoon will end with a gentle, yet energetically powerful yoga session, followed by a 30 minute guided meditation.
You will leave refreshed, inspired and invigorated.
The session runs for 3.5 hours and is open to all levels of ability and experience. Beginners welcome.
