Register your interest in our new Mums and Bubs 6 week course starting soon on Tuesdays at 11am.
The first group will be limited to just 5 mummas and their bubs, so everyone gets plenty of attention to ensure they are engaging their pelvic floor and deep abdominals correctly. 3 places have already been booked, so two places remain.
Mums need to have had their 6 week check (if a normal birth) or 8 week check (if a C-sec) and be cleared to exercise before they can join the course. Babies are welcome until around 14 months, or until they start walking, or you will find you spend most of your lesson chasing after your little one!
Please note, as we are on the first floor, prams are not suitable to bring along. It is best to wear your bub in a sling/carrier and bring along a blanket for bub right next to your mat.

For those mummas who want some incredibly well deserved 'me time', you can of course book in, child free, to our Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond class that caters specifically for both prenatal and postnatal women. This is a 4 week course that runs on Sundays at 11.15am.
